Flow of inspirations

Ibuku seorang bidadari

Ibuku ialah seorang bidadari
Diturunkan dari syurga Allah yang abadi
Di dunia ini aku dilahirkan
Sehingga nyawanya hampir menemui perpisahan

Ibuku menjagaku dan membesarkanku
Bagai menatang minyak yang penuh
Demi melaksanakan amanah Allah
Agar menjadi insan yang bertakwa

Sekiranya di hari Pembalasan
Allah menanyakanku hal ibuku
Akanku katakan kepada Tuhanku
“Jasanya tidak dapat dibayangkan

Kasih sayangnya yang sejati
Mengalir di dalam jiwaku
Wajahnya yang mendamaikan hati
Mengukirkan senyuman di dalam sanubariku

Tiada apapun yang dapatku berikan
Hanyaku pohon padaMu Tuhan
Kurniakanlah darjat yang mulia pada ibuku
Serta kebahagiaan berada di dalam syurgaMu”

Purpose

Why am I here?
Is there a reason
Or there is no reason
Why am I here?

A very simple question
And I begin to ponder
To find the solution
That makes me wonder

When I see the chair
The chair is being created
It does not exist on its own
What is the purpose of it?
If not for me to sit down

A very simple illustration
But lies a deep meaning
I begin to realize the reasoning
Behind the chair creation

When I look at myself
I was being created
There is a reason
For why I am here then

Allah is the Creator
He creates all the creations
Human is one of them
The purpose is to serve Him

I could feel the presence
Of the iman in me
Thank you Allah
For Your Guidance

For the past few days, inspirations came and i decided to write them down.... i am having two weeks school break before coming back to school on 5 jan for my common test. Another one and half month to go before i leave school.. i hope to pass with flying colours.... The first poem is about my mother. I associated her as an angel that Allah sent down from Heaven. Mother's love is really pure and true. She willing to sacrifice everything for her children which includes Life... The second poem is about faith or iman in Allah...this poem is one of my beloved poems that i have wrote so far.. it gave me a deep meaning...

Acceptable Use Policy and Email Privacy Policy - MIS Tutorial 28 Nov

Acceptable use policy is defined as a policy that a user must agree to follow in order to be provided access to a network or to the Internet.

Email privacy policy is defined as a policy that details the extent to which e-mail messages may be read by others.

My opinion

It is recommended that a company or an organization to adopt the two policies mentioned above if they conduct some or all of their business processes using Internet.

The Acceptable use policy (AUP) will state the full detailed rules and regulations that a person has to abide and agreed upon. For an example, this policy is commonly practiced by education organizations. It requires the students to sign this policy agreement before being accepted studying in the campus. By having this policy, the students will know what are the rules and regulations that they must follow and not breaking any of them.

The Email privacy policy will state the rules and regulations that a person must follow and also understanding on how the organization deals with this communication tool. By having this policy, it helps the people within the organization to comprehend on how the organization operates the email system. In addition, it will avoid any misunderstandings, misuse and intruding of privacy. For an example, if there is no email privacy policy being adopted by an organization, then the organization happened to read the employees emails without informing them that the organization will do so, this will create a problem between the employees and the organization.

Proposed Email Privacy Policy for PC Connect Private Limited

1. The policy should be complementary to the ethical computer use policy.

2. It explains what will happen if the users severs his or her connection with the organization.

3. It asks the employees to be careful when making organizational files and documents available to others.

4. Email passwords should be kept strictly confidential and no sharing of this information.
